

Codes of Conduct:
Please
read these items carefully:
Ø
ALETC
students are expected to adhere to professional standards of
conduct, including the following:
Ø
All
students desirous for enrollment in the Education Programs in the
Centre should fill the Registration Form before
participation in these courses, and to deliver it to the
Administration of the Centre.
Ø
To
enclose with the Registration Form the fees for the courses.
Ø
The
student will not be considered as officially registered in the
required course or class, unless paying the relevant fees, not later
than one day before starting it (if the course starts on Saturday,
official registration and payment of the fees shall be made not
later than Thursday). The Centre shall have the right to cancel
reservation of any student delaying in payment of such fees in due
course.
Ø
The
student or his parent / patron shall not have the right to impose
the educational level for enrollment in the Centre. The relevant
level will be specified by evaluation / assessment of the Centre
Administration.
Ø
The
Centre Administration will not accept returning of the books after
use thereof.
Ø
Smoking
shall be entirely prohibited in the Centre building / premises.
Ø
The
student shall during his stay in the Centre keep the place clean and
safety of equipment and furniture.
Ø
The
student shall perform the works and duties required.
Ø
The
student shall adopt good conduct and behaviour, and shall not harass
the Teachers and other students nor impede work in the Centre.
Ø
Students
will arrive punctually and be prepared to go to the classroom. This
includes being dressed appropriately, having completed all assigned
work on time, and turning off all cell phones and other electronic
media during attendance in ALETC Classes.
Ø
In order
to maintain a safe, supportive, and professional classroom
workplace, ALETC has a zero tolerance policy for the following
behaviors :
Ø
Abusing
and violation of the rights of others.
Ø
Vandalism.
Ø
Abuse of
electronic media privileges, including inappropriate internet use.
Ø
The
Centre Administration may discharge any un abiding by the aforesaid
conditions.
Ø
For
maximum benefit from the courses of the Centre, the student is
advised to maintain early attendance, and non-absence. In case of
absence of the student for more than (25%) of the course period, he
will not be granted certificate from the Centre.
Ø
The
Student’s parent / patron shall not keep his sons / children in the
School after the end of the lessons in which they are enrolled. In
case of stay of any students, the Centre will not be responsible for
them taking into consideration that the Centre closes its doors at
3:00 p.m.
Withdrawal
Ø
In case
of withdrawal of the student from the course, (15%) of the fees will
be deducted, if withdrawal occurs within the first week, and (30%)
in the second week, and nothing will be refunded thereto in case of
withdrawal in the third week.
Communications /
Transport
Ø
The
student or his parent / patron shall sign contract directly with the
Body providing such service.
Ø
The
Centre will not be responsible for any disputes or problems arising
from transport.
Absence
Ø
In case
of absence of the student or delaying in attending the lessons for
any reason whatsoever, the centre will not be obligated to repeat
the lessons in which the student was absent.
